This site (Pass Phlebotomy) and each course on it are owned and operated by DataPig LLC. By accessing or using them, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Study aid only. Every course here is an independent exam-preparation tool, provided for educational purposes only. It is not professional advice, and using it does not guarantee any examination result or outcome.
No affiliation. DataPig LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NHA, ASCP, AMT, or any certifying body. Per-course disclosures:
- Phlebotomy Technician: Based on the NHA CPT Test Plan, CLSI GP41 order of draw, and OSHA 29 CFR 1910.1030. Verify current NHA requirements before testing.
- Medical Lab Technician: Built to the ASCP BOC Medical Laboratory Technician, MLT(ASCP), Content Guideline published by the American Society for Clinical Pathology, Board of Certification (verified 2026-07-10). The exam is 100 multiple-choice questions delivered by Computer Adaptive Testing at Pearson VUE in 150 minutes (2 hours 30 minutes), with no skip-and-return. Scoring is a criterion-referenced scaled score (about 100–999) with a minimum passing scaled score of 400 — a scaled cut, never a percent-correct or number-correct threshold. Content weighting (published ranges): Chemistry 20–25%, Hematology 20–25%, Blood Banking (Immunohematology) 15–20%, Microbiology 15–20%, Immunology/Serology 5–10%, Urinalysis & Body Fluids 5–10%, Laboratory Operations 5–10%. MLT(AMT) from American Medical Technologists is an alternate credential covering the same seven areas. Exam and retake fees vary by ASCP membership, region, and promotion — verify the current ascp.org materials before you register. This app is a drill layer, not a NAACLS program or an eligibility route. Original analogous practice items; no ASCP exam content is reproduced. MLT(ASCP) and ASCP are marks of the American Society for Clinical Pathology. Not affiliated with or endorsed by ASCP.
Intellectual property. The site, its design, original content, audio, and software are © 2026 DataPig LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. All practice items are original study material; no proctored exam content is reproduced. You may use the site for your personal, non-commercial exam preparation only.
Payments & refunds. Each course is a separate one-time purchase, not a subscription — you are billed once per course and never auto-renewed. Purchasing one course grants access to that course only. If you are not satisfied, you get a full refund within 24 hours of purchase — processed automatically. Request it in-app (Help → Request a refund) or email support@passphlebotomy.com. When a refund is issued, paid access to that course ends. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
Provided “as is.” The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DataPig LLC disclaims all warranties and is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site.
Changes. DataPig LLC may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
